PRIMARY DUTIES:

- Conduct business-to-business sales calls
- Implementation of a sales/marketing plan
- Responsible for tracking and reporting sales activity
- Follow up with prospective clients from direct marketing activities
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Need to be able to create lasting relationships with prospective clients
- Strong follow-up, work ethic, aggressiveness, and competitiveness
- Self motivation and the ability to work independently
- Motivation and desire to grow client base
- A commission focused desire to earn by developing high volume accounts 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelors Degree & 1-2 years industry experience preferred, but not required!

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Prior outside sales experience
- Promotional Products experience preferred but not required
- Excellent prospecting, networking, and business development skills
- Strong ability for lead generation
- Solid time management skills
- High degree of organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General computer knowledge
